1st Annual Connecticut Vegetarian Festival
Congratulations to Ani Tirpan and her team on the 1st Annual Connecticut Vegetarian Festival in Hartford, CT this past weekend. There were many vendors with tasty samples and useful information for vegetarians as well as those that just want to live a healthier lifestyle. From wonderful smelling natural soaps to energy efficient services to help you run your home or business more efficiently there was certainly something for everyone! Entry to the event was free however a donation of a vegetarian food item was encouraged. By the time I left I saw almost a seven foot tower of canned goods as well as bags upon bags of boxed items to help our local families in need.
